1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Goodrich Quality Clean, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Goodrich Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services within the local area. All quotes are estimates based on standard conditions and may be adjusted upon physical inspection.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Failures to notify us within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted service value.

3. Liability and Damages

While our teams are fully insured and bonded, accidents can occasionally happen. If any damage occurs during our visit, it must be reported to our office at +1 +1 (647) 492-6286 within 24 hours of the service completion.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our clean. If you are not satisfied with a specific area, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return and re-clean the area at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds for rendered services.
